By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Platform
The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features or services based on geographic location, legal requirements, or compliance considerations.
2. Nature of the Service
The Platform provides digital services related to virtual items and online content.

The Company does not guarantee processing times of banks, card networks, or other external financial institutions.
5. Payouts and Withdrawals
5.1 Eligibility
Payouts are available only to users who:
· meet age and legal capacity requirements;
· have completed any required identity verification (KYC);
· use supported payment methods and card types;
· reside in jurisdictions where payouts are permitted.
Certain regions, card issuers, or payment methods may be restricted due to regulatory or compliance obligations.
5.2 Processing Timeframes
Approved payout requests are normally processed within 3–7 business days.
Actual crediting of funds may depend on banks and payment networks and is outside our direct control.
5.3 Limits and Fees
Unless stated otherwise on the Platform:
· Minimum payout amount: €10
· Maximum payout amount: €5,000 per transaction
Any applicable service or processing fees will be clearly displayed before a payout request is confirmed.
5.4 Refunds, Reversals and Failed Payouts
Once a payout has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed at the user’s request.
However, the Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reverse a payout where permitted by law in cases of:
· technical errors;
· duplicate processing;
· compliance or security reviews.
If a payout fails, funds will normally be returned to the user balance after verification.
5.5 Rejected Transactions
A payout request may be declined for reasons including, but not limited to:
· insufficient balance;
· unsupported card type or issuing bank;
· incomplete identity verification;
· suspected fraud or compliance concerns;
· technical processing issues.
Where possible, users will be informed of the reason and provided with guidance on how to resolve the issue.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a transaction or payout has been processed incorrectly, you may submit a dispute by contacting our support team at support@noclipskins.com within 30 days of the transaction date.
Disputes related to card transactions may also be handled in accordance with the rules of the relevant card scheme, including Visa and Mastercard regulations.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Obligations
To comply with applicable laws and payment network requirements, the Company applies:
· AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC procedures, including identity verification where required;
· transaction monitoring for fraud prevention;
· restrictions on certain activities, payment methods, or jurisdictions.
Users acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in delayed transactions, account limitations, or suspension of services.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:
· fraud, money laundering, or attempts to circumvent sanctions;

Visa and Mastercard logos displayed on the Platform are used in accordance with their branding guidelines and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.
All card transactions are subject to the applicable rules of the relevant card scheme.

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for purposes including service provision, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
11. Availability of Transaction History
Where available, users may access a history of completed transactions and payouts in their account area, including transaction date, amount, and status.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
